What is your favorite restaurant in Macon, GA?
My favorite restaurant in Macon so far is Ocmulgee Brewpub. They have some of the best burgers I've ever had, and I would highly recommend getting the patty melt.
I chose Mercer because...
I fell in love with the people and the engineering program at Mercer. The welcome I got from Mercer was the friendliest of any college by far, and they made me feel like family. The engineering program offers so many opportunities such as undergraduate research, cross-training, engineering honors program, and the 4+1 program.
Best advice you have for incoming students?
Go for every opportunity that presents itself. College is the time in your life to really learn about who you are, and with every new opportunity I dive into, I learn a little more about myself. I had a few regrets in high school, and I am happy to say that since then I have been pursuing everything and more.
What is your favorite memory at Mercer so far?
My favorite memory so far was going to South Korea through Mercer on Mission. It was my first time traveling internationally, and I had so much fun trying new foods and meeting new people.
